How Do I Pay For My Goods?
All items require to be paid in advance of dispatch through our secure website payment system.  We accept payments by credit card/ debit card using Paypal Pro.  All prices include VAT where appropriate.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro and PayPal.  Sorry but we cannot accept Solo or American Express for on line transactions.
We do not store any credit / debit card details on our server for security reasons, and all data is submitted via secure encryption techniques.
We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.

 

How Will I Receive My Items And How Soon?
After ordering you will receive an e mail from us letting you know the status of your order.  Your items will come packaged as described on the product page and these are then packaged securely to reach you in the best possible condition.

We aim to dispatch all items within 48 hours of ordering.  In addition please allow delivery time to your destination.

Postage costs are added during the checkout process and are for UK destinations only.  If you are an overseas customer please e mail us through the contact box and tell us what you which to order and we can advise on the postage costs.

 

 

 

 

 

Overseas Postage

We are happy to ship items outside the UK.  If you are ordering items to be delivered outside the UK please e mail us for details of the postage/delivery and customs costs including the item(s) you wish to purchase.

Please note that customers are responsible for any Import Duties or Tax in their country.  Please ask your local customs office for more details regarding this.

How Do I Return and Exchange Items?
An item may be returned up to 14 days after posting for any reason.  The item must be returned in original condition.  You must e mail to say the item is being returned.  You, the buyer, are responsible for the return shipping costs and insurance.  If the package is lost or damaged on the return journey you are responsible and your money will not be refunded.

Upon successful return of the item  your money will be refunded minus the shipping fee or the exchange item will be sent to you.

Bespoke or Special Order Items
We are delighted to work on individual commissions.  These can be based on our existing items with personalisation, or something completely different.

Following a design consultation we prepare a free quotation and draft designs.  Once a design is approved, we hand-make the item for you.  This can take 4 – 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and item.

Bespoke or personalised items are excluded from our returns policy.
