Description
Come and make 3 beautiful fused glass Christmas tree decorations and learn about the basics of fused glass and designing and making your own glass Christmas decorations. You can use our templates or design your own. Better still – come with a friend. We bring out our sparkly glass for Christmas. The workshop will include:
- The health and safety aspects of working with art glass
- An introduction to basic tools used in working with glass
- Basic glass-cutting techniques
- Using different types of glass – sheet, frits and stringers to create designs
- All materials and kiln firings are included
- Once complete your work is fired in a glass kiln one or two times – depending on what you create.
- Finished work can usually be picked up 7 days after attending the workshop – or by arrangement to post out (for a small additional cost)

Please Note:
- You need to wear covered shoes – when attending the workshop
- Older clothes are recommended
- If you wear reading glasses for close work – please bring them with you
