General

To order goods on our website, you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the UK. All orders placed on our website will be acknowledged electronically by e-mail. Please note that electronic acknowledgements do not constitute order confirmation or order acceptance. Your order will be accepted and the creation of a legally binding contract between you and us will take place once the goods have been dispatched or collected.

If you are outside the UK please e-mail us for details of the postage/delivery costs including the item(s) you wish to purchase.

Pricing

The price of each artefact shown on our pages are in UK pounds sterling and include VAT where appropriate (currently 20%).
Although we endeavour to maintain the prices listed we reserve the right to change them without notice.

Payment

All artefacts require to be paid in advance of dispatch through our website payment system. We accept payments by credit card/ debit card using Paypal Pro. All prices include VAT where appropriate. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro and PayPal. Sorry but we cannot accept Solo or American Express for on-line transactions.

We do not store any credit / debit card details on our server for security reasons, and all data is submitted via secure encryption techniques.

We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.

Once You Have Purchased

You will receive an e-mail confirming your purchase immediately or within 24 hours. You will receive an e-mail once the item is dispatched.

Delivery

We will dispatch items within 2-3 working days. If the item is made to order it can take up to 2 weeks to make and dispatch. All our prices include postage and packing within the mainland UK. When you have chosen your piece of glass, we will pack it carefully for you to ensure that it reaches you safely.
