Warm Glass Club – 6 weeks
Tuesday Evenings – 4 Feb, 11 Feb, 18 Feb, 25 Feb, 4 Mar, 11 Mar 2025
6.30 – 9.00pm
This warm glass Club is for those who have some glass experience/skills and can work on their own. These sessions allow you to have a regular glass fix, or to make something larger or more intricate as many warm glass projects are developed through a number of stages. So, if you want to work on your own warm glass projects in a fusing glass studio – this is the Club for you. Glass artist Catherine Lowe will support the Club weekly. You can develop your own projects or get ideas from Catherine.
The Club gives you:
- Access to a warm glass studio and support from an experienced glass artist
- Health and safety briefing on working with glass
- Access to tools and small supplies of tekta (clear), specialist and accessory glass. Some Bullseye glass can be purchased on the day.
- Kiln firings and access to a range of slumping moulds
- Limited storage for participants glass and other materials during the course
- Maximum of 4 participants.
What participants bring:
- Your project ideas
- Fusing glass – preferably Bullseye
The Club takes place in WASPs Studios, 77 Hanson Street, Glasgow, G31 2HF where there is free on-site parking.
Cost of 6-week Club £150.
Further 6 week blocks will be released during 2025.

Please Note:
- You need to wear covered shoes – when attending the workshop
- Older clothes are recommended
- If you wear reading glasses for close work – please bring them with you
